What do I need to register?
Your certificate, including the state and the full certificate number, the name you want to use for the land registry entry, and your contact information. It's best to copy the certificate number character by character.
Where can I find "Bavaria" or "Tuscany" on the form?
For Bavaria, select Germany; for Tuscany, select Italy. Your full certificate number will determine which gift you receive.
Does this mean I'm listed as the owner in the state land registry?
Your personal share is assigned to you. You are granted the right to enter and use the entire property. Ownership of the property remains with HappyLandGifts; you do not become the owner through the land gift. The land registry extract documents your land gift in the HappyLandGifts land registry.
Do I have to plan a trip right now?
Only if you're feeling the urge to travel. For now, you can look at pictures, get to know your country, and enjoy this special gift. You'll find information about visiting on the respective country page.
