Your piece of land is located in the heart of Bavaria between Munich and Stuttgart in the western forests of Augsburg. Due to the beautiful hilly forest landscapes, the area is also called "Holzwinkel".
In about 1 hour you are in Munich and can already see the Alps in good weather. If you drive a few kilometres further south past Lake Starnberg via Penzberg to Garmisch Partenkirchen, you can also catch a glimpse of the Zugspitze, Germany's highest mountain.

Your plot of land is located in the heart of Bavaria not far from Augsburg. The property is located on the outskirts of the market town of Welden - the centre of the Holzwinkel with approx. 3,000 inhabitants and over 850 years of local history. Gravel was mined on the almost one-hectare plot until the 1960s.
In summer, the piece of land is a colourful paradise, because nature has been given free rein there for over fifty years. Many rare plants and herbs grow between some rocks and a unique fauna and flora.
