What actually belongs to me—and what am I allowed to use?
You will receive ownership rights to your personal share, as well as rights of access and use for the entire property. HappyLandGifts remains the owner. Your land gift therefore grants you rights to the land without imposing the obligations of ownership on you.
Will my ownership rights expire at some point?
Your ownership rights are indefinite. So your piece of Bavaria has no built-in expiration date.
What am I allowed to do there?
Have a picnic, read, relax, and spend the night in a tent. Nature stays just as it is: no buildings, no tree cutting, no planting, and no open campfires. Take your trash with you when you leave. And your memories, too.
Is the property a public park?
No. The property is private and reserved for use by HappyLandGifts landowners.
Can I transfer ownership of my land or pass it on as an inheritance?
That's not possible at this time. We're working on a solution for the transfer.
Where exactly is my part of Bavaria?

Can I stay overnight on the property?
