LANDOWNERS GUIDE

Congratulations - you now own a real piece of land!

This country is far more than just a patch of earth. It is a feeling, a smile, a little dream in nature - just for you.

With your gift of land, you receive a personal right to enter the property and a right of ownership for a portion of the property. There are no further obligations or costs for you

You can visit it, go for a walk, have a picnic or even spend the night in a tent.

Step 1: Register your country in the land register

In order for your land to be officially transferred to you and for you to have the right to enter it at any time, register your property.

Registration takes 2 minutes and you only need the certificate number on your land certificate.

Registration at: https://landregister.happylandgifts.com/createaccount
