Germany has many highlights to offer visitors. About an hour away from the property is Munich, where the Oktoberfest takes place every year.
The Alps or the world-famous Neuschwanstein Castle are also not too far away from the property in Welden. A few hours away in a northerly direction is Berlin - the capital and largest city in Germany with about 4 million inhabitants. A little further north you will reach the Baltic or North Sea. Your piece of land is located in the heart of Bavaria between Munich and Stuttgart in the western forests of Augsburg. Because of the beautiful hilly forest landscapes, the area is also called "Holzwinkel".
In about 1 hour you are in Munich and can already see the Alps in good weather.
If you drive a few kilometers further south past Lake Starnberg via Penzberg to Garmisch Partenkirchen, you can also catch a glimpse of the Zugspitze, Germany's highest mountain.

Your piece of land is located in the heart of Bavaria not far from Augsburg. The property is located on the outskirts of the market town of Welden - the center of the Holzwinkel with about 3,000 inhabitants and over 850 years of local history. Gravel was mined on the almost one hectare large property until the sixties of the last century.
In summer the land is a colorful paradise, because for more than fifty years nature has been given free rein there.
